   All paintings listed are original works by the artist. Please note that while we strive for color accuracy in photography, actual colors may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings and lighting.
3. Pricing and Payment
   All prices listed include applicable taxes (VAT) where required. Payment must be made in full before the artwork is dispatched. We currently use secure payment gateways to process transactions.
4. Shipping and Delivery
   We ship from Malta to worldwide destinations.

5. Returns and Refunds
   Due to the unique and fragile nature of original fine art:

• Final Sale: All sales are considered final.
• Damaged Goods: If a painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue through insurance or repair.

6. Copyright
   Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright. The artist retains all reproduction rights. The buyer may not reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes without express written consent.

   These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
