About the Plant
Known in Malta as ċfolloq tal-ħarifa, the autumn buttercup is an indigenous perennial found in garigue, valley sides and pockets of moist soil among bare rocks. Its glossy, scented yellow flowers appear from October to December, soon after the autumn rains return.
